As professionals, who have been guiding students every year we would like to guide you as well for the exams to make sure you perform well.

The 2021 JEE Mains paper will be a different experience for all the students considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the guidelines issued. However, here is a list of DO’S and DON’TS to help you through.

DO’S:

1.     Ensure that you carry your Admit Card to the test centre. And verify beforehand if all the details are correct. In case they aren’t, get in touch with the JEE Mains officials quickly.

2.     Reach your test center well in advance so as to avoid any unforeseen trouble that you might encounter on the way which might place you in a panic state.

3.     Do read all the instructions given at the start of the paper thoroughly so that you are mentally prepared to face any changes that might have been introduced newly.

4.     Attempt the easier questions first, probably the ones from chapters you are confident about and skip the questions that seem to consume a lot of time.

5.     Do maintain your rough work legible and neat so that you can recheck it easily in case of any silly error.

DON’TS:

1.     Avoid last-minute study and engaging in any academic discussion with your peers. Keep yourself calm, composed and focused. Believe in yourself and the hard work you have put in.

2.     Do not carry any electronic devices such as calculators, watches or any other thing to the exam hall.

3.     Do not wear thick garments or big button attires. Go through the JEE Dress Code guidelines specifically to ensure your attire is acceptable at the center.

4.     Do not get anxious, panic, tense out during the exam at any point because it might affect your entire paper thereafter and cause adverse effects on your results.

5.     Do not entertain any distractions from your neighbor because it may be interpreted as unfair means by the invigilator which could welcome strict actions against you.

Additionally, ensure that you take care of yourself and avoid contact at all times so as to stay safe from the Corona virus. With just a few days remaining, revise your strong chapters and let go of anything that is pending. Stay calm and you will emerge with flying colors.
